PHB, Inc. located in Fairview, Pennsylvania, recognized globally as a fully integrated supplier of quality parts and assemblies, has an immediate opening for a full time, 1st & 2nd rotation shift, ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN in the Maintenance Department at the Die Cast division.

PHB, Inc. is a highly automated and technologically advanced manufacturer with capabilities consisting of zinc die casting, aluminum die casting, machining, plastic and rubber molding, tool & die, injection molding, and product assembly. We service many markets including plastics, appliance, telecommunications, electronics, electrical equipment, automotive, transportation, medical, industrial equipment, instrumentation, aerospace, and defense industries.

 

Job Duties:

• A strong electrical background is a must.

• Responsible for troubleshooting and to do all types of repairs in a manufacturing environment including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic.

• Maintain and repair all mechanical equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.

• This position is also responsible for training, instructing and managing maintenance personnel.

 

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must have a strong maintenance background and electrical experience in a manufacturing setting.

• High school diploma or GED. Trade or technical school certification a plus.

• Past supervisor experience preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Flexible work schedule with weekend availability.

 

A full range of body motion is required, including bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, and wrist action.  Heavy lifting is required, but assistance and mechanical devices are to be used with objects and equipment over 50 pounds.
